About me
Timothy J. Shimeall is a Principal Engineer with the CERT Situational Awareness team at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI). Tim is responsible for overseeing and participating in the development of analysis methods to identify trends in security-related network that provides insight into network intruders and their activities. Tim received his Ph.D. degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, in June 1989.
